- Collect and analyze requirements from departments, identify opportunities to improve software systems to support long-term business goals.
- Write detailed, clear, and accurate System Requirement Specification (SRS) documents to ensure all requirements are understood and meet customer expectations.
- Design and draw business process diagrams (BPMN) and other diagrams (Use Case, Activity Diagram) to describe requirements and workflows clearly for stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in project development using Scrum Agile, work closely with the development team to ensure features meet business needs.
- Monitor and improve testing processes, write and review complex test cases to ensure software quality and usability.

- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid understanding of software development and project management.
- Strong knowledge of software development, able to communicate and work effectively with developers to clarify technical requirements and find solutions.
- Deep experience writing clear and accurate SRS documents.
- Skilled in creating BPMN, Use Case, Activity Diagram, and other diagrams, able to explain complex processes clearly.
- Extensive knowledge of Scrum Agile, experienced working as a BA in Agile projects.
- Excellent software testing skills, able to write and review test cases and ensure high product quality.
- Ability to lead and manage projects, coordinate and motivate teams to reach goals.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking, able to identify and solve complex problems.
- Good understanding of UI/UX, able to suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
