Qualifications
- At least 3 years of design experience, preferably with agency background.
- Strong design and artistic skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to contribute fresh ideas and explore new approaches to problem-solving.
- Open to feedback and capable of building on others’ ideas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and a team player.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
