Job Objectives

  • The ideal candidate for this role has a solid foundation in Digital Marketing and hands-on experience running advertising campaigns across channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ad networks, Cốc Cốc, App Install, social media advertising, and brand building.
  • Performance Marketing focuses heavily on measurable results, requiring strong skills in report optimization and a sharp sensitivity to numbers
  • This individual should possess deep knowledge of advertising channels, the ability to ensure cost-efficiency, and a proven track record of driving conversions and measuring campaign effectiveness — capable of managing successful campaigns regardless of budget scale.
  • The Senior Performance Marketing position will oversee daily project management. A successful candidate will deliver a comprehensive, creative marketing approach, set strategies and KPIs, and drive robust project growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive project growth in terms of user acquisition, revenue, and profit.
  • Ensure expenditure efficiency and continually expand advertising channels and methods.
  • Identify and engage with partners, clients, and potential channels across industries to expand resources and support multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Rigorously manage budgets, including reconciliation, acceptance, and ensuring sustainable efficiency.
  • Manage all Digital Marketing and Branding campaigns through partners across one or more projects.
  • Oversee spending, budgets, and transparent financial reporting.
  • Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns and brand-building initiatives to improve effectiveness based on KPIs, user acquisition costs, and ROAS.
  • Handle deployment of multiple products simultaneously, conduct market research, analyze projects, and propose optimizations for each channel.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments or execute independently to drive project growth through promotions and events, identifying opportunities and creating actionable plans.
  • Oversee all partner-related activities, including costs, direct payments, and reconciliations to maintain, develop, and expand channels for current products.
  • Monitor, detect, and manage risks stemming from suppliers, partners, or other factors that could impact company finances.
  • Execute creative materials, design, and UI/UX of assets for products such as homepages, landing pages, advertising videos/trailers, TVCs, banner ads, etc.

Required Qualifications

  • High integrity, confidentiality, and meticulousness.
  • Profound knowledge of tracking, measurement, and advertising optimization.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Documented experience in executing campaigns with measurable results (case studies preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work in teams, handle high pressure, work overtime when necessary, and stay proactive in all situations.
  • Self-driven, with a strong ability to research, analyze, and optimize work.
  • High level of self-awareness, accountability, and decisiveness in problem-solving.
  • Careful, proactive, with multi-dimensional thinking and strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
